Who we are

Billvisor is a UK household-bill review service. You can contact us about privacy, your information or this notice at anton@billvisor.com.

What we collect

We only collect information needed to provide the service you request. This may include:

• your first name, email address and postcode;
• details of the broadband, mobile or energy services you ask us to review;
• the bills, contracts or other documents you choose to send us;
• your report, related correspondence and necessary correction notes; and
• basic form-submission and security information, such as the date, time and IP address.

Please do not send passwords, identity documents, full payment-card details or unrelated personal information.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and explain your report, correct it where needed, maintain a limited service record and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your information or use your service details, bills or report information for advertising or general marketing.

Who handles it

During the initial pilot, access to customer records and documents is limited to the founder.

We use Netlify to host this website and receive form submissions, and Namecheap Private Email for customer email. These providers may process information outside the UK. Their own privacy and processing information is available from Netlify and Namecheap.

Original identifiable bills and contracts are not uploaded to AI tools. We use only the necessary extracted case facts in our internal workflow.

How long we keep it

• if you sign up but do not continue, we delete the signup after 30 days;
• source bills, contracts and other documents are deleted seven days after the final interaction that needs them;
• the limited service record, report and necessary correspondence are normally kept for 24 months after the last substantive service interaction; and
• a contract-end reminder record is kept only until 30 days after the requested reminder date.

You can ask us to correct, access or delete your information, or ask questions about how we use it. Email anton@billvisor.com.
